The Massage Sessions
How good do you want to feel after a massage? I put my effort and focus on what your body needs the most for the muscles to relax and support you in your daily activities and those special times where some extra agility helps you enjoy things more. From time to time stress or overuse creates extra restrictions or injuries. Your body recovers faster with good circulation and making sure other areas are not taking a beating by compensating for the existing discomfort.

Over the years I have come to guide my clients to discover what they can do to prevent the pains from recurring. Yes, you have a gorgeous body, but you are also a person integrated with it. For the body to better recover and improve its health, your mental and emotional health is just as important to address at times. Adding some stretching to your daily routine might do the trick too. I am happy to help you with it.

Not two people are the same. Based on the modalities I have studied and my intuition, I mix the techniques that the different body types and conditions respond to the best. Treatments may also vary between appointments for each individual as your healing progresses.

For those who are interested in a more complete stress reduction treatment, I will include the standard NADA protocol ear acupuncture for 20-30min at the beginning. It is assisting the body to detox as well as relieve stress and promote better sleep and concentration.

About me
Almost 15 years in practice with all levels of fitness and health among my clients. If you need deep and specific, soothing and gentle or a spiritually healing massage, I am your man. ;-)

Rates
$150/hr massage - out calls only
Many of my clients have their own massage table. Others prefer the massage to be done on their bed
$20/pers for group acupuncture, (free for the host of 5+) or as add-on to massage

About Ear Acupuncture
First, there is a big difference between being a full body acupuncturist and the ear acupuncture that I am certified in as far as length of training, diagnosis, ability to treat specific issues, etc. None the less, the 5 point NADA protocol ear acupuncture has proven beneficial for many things, including:
stress
anxiety
smoke cessation
insomnia
PTSD
assisting the body to cleanse/detox

The acupuncture is done in a group setting. Besides volunteering at various places I am happy to come to you to do group demonstrations, or as the beginning of your massage appointment. The needles ideally stay in for (30-)45 min. I only use sterile, single use needles.

Looking forward to see you,
Thomas
